Suzan Delavere (she/her)
Managing Director
“I have always worked with and for people”
My passion lies in being a supportive and giving member of our community, to serve others and add value. I have worked across the Human Services sector for more than 15 years, and supported people from all walks of life – including those facing homelessness, needing support to access mental health support, women and families experiencing domestic and family violence and supporting people with disability with a variety of needs. My experience has been in direct service delivery and many functions including executive leadership roles.
Peter Delavere (he/ him)
Head of Business
A results focused Manager, with the proven ability to drive the best possible outcome for the business and strategic roadmap, through my strong influencing, stakeholder engagement and management skills.
A strong technical background allows me to liaise with the team and address early, the hidden detail that can add pressure to the delivery of the scope and budget whilst at the same time adding direction and guidance to senior management.
I am passionate about addressing problems as they arise. I have extensive proven experience in the delivery of complex infrastructure and software projects in Australia and across Europe.
